Absolutely impossible to get an appointment if you work full time
I feel totally let down and invisible to them I cannot spend 40 minutes
Trying to get them to answer the phone and then to be told they are either closed or have no appointments left. I will be changing doctors in the near future it is so stressful trying to see a doctor.
19 attempted phone calls and 2 hours time trying to arrange appointment. Telephone queue always full. Normally receptionists have the attitude that they are doing you a favour. Will have to change practice.
Phone service is not fit for purpose, staff try hard but too many people on the books

Staff and doctors are exemplary. The nurses section are brilliant too.
It's the very poor appointments system that really needs to be updated and more helpful for full time workers.
When it takes over 90 calls and 1 hour 25 minutes to get through then to be told all the appointments are taken and to try again tomorrow is not good. No provision for online Appointments. Its 2020 not the 1970's. The call operators are a mixed bag either nice and apologetic, or very abrupt and not helpful at all.
